Second Saturdays is an extremely loved ministry of KCA. This is an opportunity for our church family to be the hands and feet of Jesus as we pour back into our community every second Saturday of the month.

    January Second Saturday – Serving Our Community

    Join us this Second Saturday as we come together to serve both The Refuge and our KCA campus. This month is all about lending a helping hand through practical service—supporting the work of The Refuge and caring for the spaces God has entrusted to us here at KCA.

    We’ll be helping with light cleaning, organizing, and general upkeep to bless those who use these spaces every week. Whether you’re able to serve the full morning or just jump in for a bit, your time and effort will make a real difference.

    This is a great opportunity to serve together as a church family, meet new people, and show Christ’s love in tangible ways. Everyone is welcome—bring a friend, dress comfortably, and come ready to help where needed.

    Meet at the church at 9:00 AM in the Café—coffee and instructions will be ready!

    February Second Saturday – Love in Action

    This Second Saturday, Saturday, February 14 (Valentine’s Day), we’re celebrating love in the best way possible—by serving our community through a Community Clothing Giveaway right here at the church.

    We’ll be opening our doors to bless individuals and families with clothing, kindness, and hospitality. This is a simple but powerful way to show Christ’s love in a tangible way—meeting practical needs and reminding people they are seen, valued, and cared for.

    There are plenty of ways to help, whether it’s setting up, sorting clothing, welcoming guests, or helping people find what they need. You don’t need any special skills—just a willing heart.

    Meet at the church at 9:00 AM in the Café for instructions and coffee.

    This Valentine’s Day, let’s turn love into action and serve our community together.
